Welcome to the Sanken-BCA Data Project#

The Sanken-BCA testbed is a highly instrumented 177m2 office space located in Singapore. The testbed is installed with Sanken’s novel Radiant Ceiling Panels (RCPs), Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs). The system allows the space to have four modes of cooling 1) RCPs + DOAS, 2) FCUs + DOAS, 3) RCPs + airflow fan + DOAS and 4) airflow fan + DOAS. This is a space for Heating Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) experimentations.

This website provide data accessibility to anyone interested in the project through three ways:

  1. 3D++ viewer to visualize spatial time-series data

  2. Dashboard for trending data

  3. Request for data through Sensorthings RESTful API

The 3D++ viewer is open to the public. The second and third ways are password protected. They are only accessible to our research collaborators.
